HBC Strategy was founded in 2018 by Harald Beyer, a veteran in medical business. During his prior tenures and initially in charge for sales Harald became determined to develop a successful organization by using methodology and processes that would ensure reliable forecasting, budget attainment and overachievement and no less the development of his people and their results.

Based on his favorable outcomes Harald  was allowed progressing through the ranks in his career and once in charge of General Management Harald successfully managed a turn-around for a division of a multinational, stock-registered global player. After getting this business out of the critical zone Harald went on developing what it takes to craft a comprehensive corporate strategy by involving stakeholders from the fields of medical science and innovative technologies for the purpose of profitable commercialization, allowing the companies to gain and take ground and be seen and felt in the industry.

In the positions Harald has held - such as Sales Manager, General Manager, Vice President, CSO and President - he always made it a central focus to have the corporate strategy developed, communicated and executed, which led to a reputation of openness for recent scientific achievements, application of newest technologies and obtaining business acumen by creative work arounds.
